All rooms have private Bathroom or shower, Colour TV, tea and coffee-making facilities, and direct dial telephones.

Extra nights Pro Rata.

10% reduction on bookings of 14 nights or longer.

Prices exclude Christmas, Easter and Bank Holidays and other Special Events.

All charges for Two nights or more are per person for Dinner, Bed and Breakfast inclusive of VAT @ 20%.

Midweek and Weekend Bed and Breakfast charges are per person per night inclusive of VAT @ 20%.

A non-returnable deposit of approximately 20% should accompany all reservations. We recommend our holiday insurance policies are used because in the unlikely event of you having to cancel, and we are unable to re-let the accommodation, a charge will be made.

Four Poster and Superior rooms: are in the older part of the hotel, are large, comfortable, well-furnished rooms with en-suite Bath and Shower, Colour T.V. tea and coffee-making facilities, direct dial telephone, hair dryer, and mostly enjoy pleasant views of the gardens.

Family Rooms are large with a double bed and two singles and are mostly on the second floor. Rooms are large enough to take an extra bed or cot. Special rates for children sharing, dependent on age.

ACCESS STATEMENT

Here at The Watersplash Hotel and The Secret Garden we welcome guests with any disabilities and have developed this Access Statement for your information.

We request that anyone wishing to make an enquiry or booking inform us of any special needs or disabilities that they may have in order for us to meet any personal requirements. All our staff are fully trained to assist disabled guests with empathy.

The ground floor bedrooms, car park and reception are all on the same level. There are four steps from this level to the lounge, bar and restaurant, for guests who cannot climb steps, this can easily be overcome by going out of the front door and entering by a side door which brings you in at the higher level. The ground floor bedrooms have showers over the baths and good hand grips.

The swimming pool area has one step at the entrance.

The Secret Garden can be accessed by a small ramp and a twisty garden path.

All doorways and openings are wheelchair friendly and a suitable parking space can be reserved.

Any booking made more than six months in advance may be liable to tariff adjustment in the event of any undue rise in the cost of living index but guests will be given prior notification if such steps are necessary. No allowance can be made for meals not taken, but a packed lunch will be provided in lieu on request.

Single rooms: We are pleased to let Double rooms as Singles at an extra charge at the Proprietor’s discretion.
